November 5, 2025.  We have been experiencing an extremely challenging website situation. The server is operating intermittently. It works with blazing speed for some minutes, and then stalls. We have had several technical people working on it for days and discovered some issues requiring higher level expertise. We expect to have that within 24 hours. We know how disruptive this is for many people and we very much regret this.  Some people have been able to take the assessment and get a score report whereas others get blocked.
