November 12, 2025.  We finally diagnosed the vexing issues that have blocked our site for over a week - a wicked interaction between our webhost, our firewall provider, and a badly designed database on our site.  Full repairs and optimization may take several days but some users have succeeded in getting score reports today. 

November 13.  We made major progress on the database work, but there's still tweaking required.   We're working hard on that and will let you know here as soon as we know it's ready.  We hope that will be tomorrow (but we've thought that every day for over a week now and been disappointed!).   

If you have a course deadline that you need to meet in the next few days, we are happy to send the PDF version of Style Matters to you.  It does not provide the detailed feedback that the digital version provides, but it will give you the same score results as the digital version does.   It comes as a 20 page PDF file that you can print out on paper or write down your answers on a sheet of paper and has instructions for tallying your scores.
